Naked Oceans podcast
This month we celebrate the completion of the world’s first Census of Marine Life, a major landmark in ocean science and discovery. For the past decade, 3000 scientists have been scouring the oceans to find out as much as possible about the diversity, abundance, and distribution of marine life. No mean feat.
Sarah and I went along to the hallowed Royal Institution in London to join in the celebrations of the Census of Marine Life and record the latest episode of Naked Oceans.
We met co-founder Jesse Ausabel who told us about how it all began. And we met our oceans hero Sylvia Earle.
Listen and download to the show at the Naked Oceans website.
